Marcus places a strong emphasis on functional training in order to get the body strong as a whole as opposed to just isolating certain muscle groups. Traditional methods such as Olympic lifting are used in combination with cutting edge methods such as TRX Suspension, Kettlebell & Powerbag training. This adds variety to the workout whilst strengthening the body as a unit, achieving fantastic results.
