Since a young age, Marcus was always very active and sporty, participating in many sports, particularly football, tennis and golf, this has progressed to adulthood & with a keen passion for health and fitness, Personal Training was the ideal choice!
After spending 2 years studying and gaining invaluable experience, Marcus qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2008 and has since worked in various gyms & fitness studios, furthering his knowledge and helping clients to achieve their goals.
Now Marcus has refined his approach to personal training in order to give each individual client the best possible service. Rather than just chucking together exercises in no particular order, each exercise will be there for a very specific reason, with the intention of improving each individual’s functional fitness.
