30 Day Fat Loss Plan

This is not just any old weight loss programme, this is specifically a fat loss programme, which isn’t based around low fat foods and long, boring sessions on the treadmill, it is instead a targeted fat loss programme that will help you increase your body’s lean mass, whilst decreasing the amount of fat, particularly in problem areas such as the belly.

This is a strict programme that requires commitment, but if adhered to, you can expect to see up to 1 stone of fat loss in 30 days and a healthy drop in your body fat percentage.

The plan includes:

  • 2 x Personal Training sessions a week for 4 weeks
  • A daily nutrition plan for 30 days, including recipes & suggested eating times
  • A weekly shopping list
