Golf Biomechanics

The only way to achieve a lower handicap is to improve the function of the golfer. Golf places specific demands on the body and general exercises will not address these issues, neither will machine based workouts – these can actually hinder performance!

Marcus has developed a golf conditioning programme which will help to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. It is not just a one size fits all programme for everyone, each client will be assessed and then an individual programme will be put together in order to help lower your handicap and keep you injury free!
