Whether you are a novice with no previous running experience or if you are a seasoned competitive runner, Marcus has specially designed running programmes for all abilities
8 Week Zero to 30
If you have no previous running experience and are daunted by the thought of it, but would like to start, then Marcus has the perfect programme for you. In just 8 weeks, using a combination of walking and running, you will be able to gradually and progressively develop your running skills until you can run comfortably for 30 minutes.
5k & 10k Programmes
If you have running experience and have a 5k or 10k run coming up or if you just want to get up to that standard, Marcus has designed a plan between 5-8 weeks long, which will comfortably get you up to race standard and help you to starve of injury or muscle fatigue along the way, so that you are ready and raring to go!
Half Marathon & Full Marathon Training
Marathons are not easy, but with the correct training, planning, nutrition & commitment, you can achieve your desired time. Marcus has designed special programmes for both half and full marathons, broken down into seperate times, so with a combination of an assessment and your personal goals, we will work towards achieving our desired time.
Marathon training is not just simply about running, resistance and balance training will also be incorporated into the programme as single leg strength and balance is vital during running, given that you will only ever be on one leg at a time.
With the combination of all these factors, you’ll be sure to beat your personal best!
