Marcus has designed a tennis specific exercise programme that will help you improve your game and help you to stay flexible and injury free. Normal single joint exercise programmes are not of much use to tennis players, so a functional programme using exercises that mirror tennis movement patterns will be used to train the body correctly for the demands of the sport.
