A programme of combined cardio and resistance training will be designed to help you lose body fat whilst increasing your lean muscle mass.

Some traditional weight loss programmes focus very heavily on cardio workouts where a client is placed on the treadmill or other similar machines – whilst you will see results in terms of weight loss, you won’t see any gains in terms of increasing your body’s lean muscle mass and reducing your body fat.

By using a variety of resistance training exercises including kettlebells, TRX suspension training, powerbags, Olympic lifting and body weight exercises, you will burn energy and place a load on the muscles which will ultimately lead to toning and increasing the lean muscle on your body whilst losing excess fat, which combined, will lower your body fat percentage and give you the body you want.
